How it works
Four steps, no tricks. You buy a digital product with real value — the sweepstakes entries are a free add-on, never a wager. And a free mail-in entry at equal odds is always available.
- 01
Pick a prize
Browse the active raffles and choose the prize you want. Each one shows its value, the entry price, and how many entries have been claimed.
- 02Always free
Buy the digital product — or enter free
Pay for a real digital product and your sweepstakes entries come included, assigned instantly. No purchase? Mail in a free entry at the exact same odds.
- 03
Entries are assigned at equal odds
Paid and mail-in entries go into one pool, ordered by ticket number. Every entry — free or paid — has identical odds of being drawn.
- 04
We draw a winner you can verify
At draw time a public entropy source picks the winner from the committed seed. Anyone can recompute the result — no trust required.
A draw no one can rig
Before a raffle opens we generate a secret server_seed and publish only its SHA-256 hash. That locks us into one exact seed while revealing nothing about it. When the raffle closes, the winner is derived from that seed and a public entropy source — a future Bitcoin block hash we cannot predict or control.
- 1Commit
We publish seed_hash = SHA-256(server_seed) before opening. The seed stays secret.
- 2Draw
At close, winner_index = int(HMAC_SHA256(server_seed, entropy_value), 16) % total_tickets.
- 3Reveal & verify
We reveal the seed so anyone can recompute both the hash and the winning index — in their own browser.
Free mail-in entry (AMOE)
You never have to buy anything to enter or win. A hand-written mail-in entry competes at the exact same odds as any paid entry. It is a legal right, and we keep it visible on purpose.
- 1
Hand-write a postcard or 3×5 card with your full name, mailing address, email, date of birth, and the exact raffle name you want to enter.
- 2
Include one — and only one — entry per card. Each entry must be mailed separately in its own envelope, with your own hand-written return address.
- 3
Mail it to the address below, postmarked before the raffle closes. Entries received after the draw cannot be counted.
- 4
We assign you one free entry into that raffle at the same odds as a paid entry, and email you to confirm.
